Privacy Policy

We may collect contact details, company and industry context, project descriptions, selected services, timelines, assessment answers, source page, referrer, site language, consent, and technical submission metadata used for security and deduplication.

Information is used to review and respond to inquiries, recommend an appropriate service, arrange requested consultations, protect the form from abuse, maintain business records, and improve the website.

Inquiry records are designed to be stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Structured notification emails are designed to be sent through Resend. These providers process data only as needed to operate the inquiry flow.

Optional analytics loads only after explicit permission. Events contain non-sensitive properties such as locale, service, recommendation type, source page, and CTA location. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, project messages, and assessment answers are not sent to analytics. The choice can be changed from Analytics settings in the footer.

On an initial visit, Firebase Hosting may use a country code estimated from the visitor's IP address to select an appropriate language. KhanSoft Studio does not request device GPS or precise location data. An automatically selected language is stored temporarily, while a language selected manually is stored for future visits.

Inquiry data should be retained only as long as needed for communication, legitimate business records, security, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting KhanSoft Studio.

KhanSoft Studio does not sell personal information. Data may be shared with trusted infrastructure providers only when needed to operate the inquiry system or comply with law.
